How quickly will someone reply?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday. If a request is large or heavily customized we may need longer to price it properly, and we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting.
Can I get a price without talking to anyone?
Yes. The quote builder gives you a live estimate as you choose gifts and a headcount, before you send us anything. A formal quote still comes from a person, because engraving, packaging and shipping have to be confirmed against the actual products.
Is there a minimum?
Fifteen recipients for a one-off gifting request. Fifty awards a year for a standing recognition program. Below fifteen, talk to us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
How long does an order take?
Seven to ten business days to ship. Engraving adds at least five business days on top, and complex or high-volume personalisation can take longer. Timing is confirmed on your quote before you approve it, and nothing goes into production until you do.
Where do you ship?
To one office, several offices, or each recipient's own address. Available destinations are confirmed on your quote, and shipping is quoted separately once we know where everything is going.
Do you sell to individuals?
Not at the moment. MerrySend is built for companies gifting at volume, which is why the site quotes rather than checks out. Wedding and baby registries are coming.
