Step 1 — Create your login
Your login lets you see order history and reorder past programs. Your password is set on Shopify's secure account page — we never see it.

Step 2 — Company profile
This is what makes gifts look like yours: your logo for engraving, the signature on the card, and who we invoice.

Add the HubSpot portal and form ID to activate. Until then, send your company details to info@merrysend.com.
What happens next
- We confirm your account within one business day and set your engraving on file.
- You send a quote request, or we propose a program for your occasion.
- You approve the quote; we invoice you on net 30 terms. Card or bank transfer.
- Your gifts are engraved, boxed and shipped — usually 7–10 business days, plus at least 5 more for engraving.
- Reorders reuse your logo and setup at no extra charge.
No fees, no minimum spend and no commitment to open an account. Programs start at 15 recipients.
